Saskatchewan's highest court has agreed to hear the appeal of two police officers who were fired after being linked to the death of a Native teen.
Larry Hartwig and Bradley Senger were the last people seen with Neil Stonechild in November 1990. The 17-year-old was found several days later on the outskirts of Saskatoon, frozen to death.
Hartwig and Senger were fired after an official inquiry found links between Stonechild and the ex-officers. But they say there was no evidence to support the claims.
