The inquiry into the death of a Native teen in Saskatchewan resumed on Monday.

Neil Stonechild, 17, was found frozen to the death on the outskirts of Saskatoon. At the time police said his death was an accident.

The inquiry has heard from a witness who said he last saw Stonechild in the back of a police cruiser. Friends and family have also testified.

The inquiry resumed with testimony from the Saskatoon police department.
