Controversial University of Colorado professor Ward Churchill is denying that he made another reference to the Holocaust during a recent speech.
According to articles at The American Thinker, a conservative publication, Churchill said "Hitler exterminated the wrong people." He told students at DePaul University that their European ancestors should have been killed instead, according to the articles.
But Churchill says he never made those statements. He said the writers of the articles misquoted negative e-mails that he received due to controversy over his comparison of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks to Hitler and the Holocaust.
