Wife of slain Alaska Native cop seeks $2M

FRIDAY, APRIL 4, 2003 The wife of an Alaska Native police officer who served as Alaska's first public safety commissioner has filed a $2 million claim against the estate of the woman responsible for her husband's death. Glenn Godfrey was shot in his Anchorage home by Karen Brand. The two were allegedly having an affair. Godfrey's wife, Patti, was also shot in the attack. Get the Story:
