Wife of slain ex-cop still recovering

TUESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2002 The wife of an Alaska Native corporate executive who was killed in his home is recovering after a second round of surgery. Patti Godfrey suffered several gunshot wounds during a domestic-related dispute. Glenn Godfrey was shot and killed by Karen Brand, whom police said was distraught over an ending relationship. Police want to question Patti Godfrey to gain more knowledge about the events that occurred at the couple's home early Saturday. Get the Story:
