The National Indian Gaming Commission is accepting public comments on a proposal to treat one-touch bingo as a Class II game.

A notice in today's issue of the Federal Register outlines the proposal. Treating one-touch bingo as Class II would allow tribes to operate the game without worrying about Class III gaming compacts.

Comments are being accepted until August 26.
