Anderson involved in opening of new restaurant

Bureau of Indian Affairs nominee Dave Anderson is involved in the opening of a new restaurant, The St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
Anderson will unveil Kokomo's Island Café, a casual dining restaurant with a Florida and Caribbean theme, at the Mall of America in the Twin Cities.
It is located next to a Famous Dave's franchise, the chain of barbecue restaurants
Anderson founded.
Anderson said he will leave his leadership roles at Famous Dave's if confirmed by the Senate. His nomination to head the BIA has been put on hold by an anonymous senator.
