The Blackfeet Nation of Montana is once again stepping up to help the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
During last year's devastating hurricane season, the tribe sent 500 to the Gulf Coast. Now, the tribe is being asked by FEMA to prepare 1,000 workers.
Most of the recruits are tribal members, who are drawn by the $18 an hour pay. But they say helping people who have been affected by hurricanes is a rewarding experience.
