Editorial: Does Okla. need two Indian centers?

WEDNESDAY, JULY 16, 2003 Can Oklahoma handle two Indian museums? The Daily Oklahoman in an editorial seems to say no. The paper says it is odd that Tulsa wants to build its own center, considering the hoopla surrounding Oklahoma City's center. The paper says Tulsa leaders rejected a chance to host the museum back in 1996. "We're not convinced, but we shall see" if the state can have two Indian museums. Get the Story:
