If all goes as planned, two major Oklahoma cities will have centers dedicated to Indian culture.

Tulsa plans a $40 million center with an opening date of 2007. Funding would come from a sales tax package.

Oklahoma City's planned center is the more well known. The city expects to spend between $70 million and $100 million and have it open by 2007.
