Mont. bill creates Indian veterans monument

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30, 2003 The Montana Legislature approved a bill to create a monument to Indian veterans. To be located at the state capitol, the monument includes a tribal flag circle. The bill requires it to be funded privately. Get the Story:
