Reservation toll booths not seeing support

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2003 A bill to place toll booths on roads leading to two Connecticut reservations is in danger of failing, The Norwich Bulletin reports. An anti-casino group supports the measure but some lawmakers in the affected areas oppose it. The bill could generate as much as $200 million from customers headed to casinos on the Mashantucket Pequot and Mohegan reservations. Get the Story:
