The state of South Dakota moved a member of the Yankton Sioux Tribe to tears by questioning whether the discovery of remains at a work site was faked.

Ellsworth Wayne Chytka denied planing any bones at the Army Corps of Engineers site along the Missouri River. Tribal attorney Mary Wynne was offended by the line of questioning by state deputy attorney general John Guhin, who also doubted whether Faith Spotted Eagle could rely on her family's oral history.

The tribe was in court Friday to ask a federal judge to halt further work at the construction site, citing the discovery of human remains.
