A trial into the murder of a Navajo man will start next Monday in New Mexico.

Robert Ray Fry faces the death penalty for killing Donald Tsosie in 1998. Fry is already on death row for raping and beating Betty Lee, Navajo mother, to death in 2000.

Fry is being tried in state court.
