Mont. tribal college dedicates new campus

The Stone Child College on the Rocky Boy's Reservation held a grand opening ceremony for its new campus on Thursday.

Chippewa Cree tribal leaders, students and federal officials attended the dedication of two of the three new buildings. The library, Sitting Old Woman Hall, is named for Margaret "Peggy" Nagel, one of the college's founders. The academic building, Kennewash Hall, is named after a tribal chief and spiritual leader.

The cost of the campus was $4 million.
