Blackfeet woman to plead guilty for death of son
A woman from the Blackfeet Nation of Montana will plead guilty for the death of her two-year-old son.

Summer Many White Horses had pleaded not guilty to deliberate homicide and tampering with evidence in connection with the death of her son, James, last summer. But with a trial just days away, she agreed to plead guilty to negligent homicide and tampering with evidence, her attorney said.

Many White Horses faces up to 20 years in prison for the negligent homicide charge and up to 10 years on the tampering charge.
