Oglala Sioux Tribe to inaugurate leaders
The Oglala Sioux Tribe of South Dakota will hold an inauguration ceremony on Friday.

Theresa Two Bulls, a former state senator, is being sworn in as president. She is the second woman to lead the tribe.

Incumbent William "Shorty" Brewer won re-election as vice president. Council members are also being inaugurated.
