Two men sentenced over robbery at Graton Rancheria casino

Two men were sentenced for robbing and attacking a man at the casino owned by the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria in California.

Devante Raushad Love, 21, pleaded guilty to felony assault and was sentenced to eight months. Richard Davalos, 22, pleaded guilty to robbery of an elderly person and was sentenced to a year.

The men attacked a 68-year-old diabetic man at the Graton Resort and Casino on Christmas Eve. The victim was knocked unconscious and robbed.
