The Stillaguamish Tribe of Washington plans to open a $20 million hotel at its casino by New Year's Eve.

The tribe broke ground on the hotel at the five-story, 125-room hotel to the Angel of the Winds Casino in October 2013. Construction is ahead of schedule.

"We do not have a definitive plan as of today, but it will be ready for the grand opening," general manager Travis O'Neil told The Herald Business Journal.

The facility celebrates its 10th anniversary this October.
