The Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation of North Dakota will launch a casino on a yacht later this year. The tribe plans to set sail by the July 4 weekend. At first, only dinner and entertainment will be offered, with gaming to come later. The tribe's new Class III gaming compact authorizes gaming on Lake Sakakawea. Get the Story:
