The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut is still working on a contract with a labor union.

The United Food and Commercial Workers Union represents about 365 employees at Foxwoods Resort Casino. Talks have been going for two years, the Associated Press reports.

The tribe and the union will be entering arbitration to resolve outstanding issues. One is a rule that cocktail waitresses wear polishable black shoes.

Waitresses objected to a rule that would have required them to wear shoes with at least a 2-inch heel. The tribe dropped the requirement.
