The Winnebago Tribe of
Nebraska named one of its own as the general manager of its casino in Iowa.
Ray Thomas has worked at the WinnaVegas Casino Resort since 1992. He's risen through the ranks and will be overseeing a $7 million expansion of the facility.
"I’m excited to have these projects under my wing and enjoy working with the Winnebago," Thomas told The Mapleton Press.
