Tuolumne Band celebrates casino birthday with new hotel

The Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians in California hosted a grand opening for a $22 million hotel at the Black Oak Casino.

The hotel features 184 rooms and 16 suites. The five-story building also features 6,000 square-feet of conference space, The Union Democrat reported.

The opening came as the tribe celebrates the 12th anniversary of the casino. The facility has grown from 28,000 square-feet to 164,000 square-feet.
