Jury deliberations will enter a third day for the driver accused of killing William Tenorio of San
Felipe Pueblo in New Mexico.
Carlos Fierro, 36, an attorney and lobbyist who has worked on Indian issues, is accused of vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of accident . He admits he was driving drunk when he struck and killed Tenorio, 46, in the early morning hours of November 26, 2008.
Fierro's attorney believes the jury's failure to reach a verdict indicates they won't convict his client.
