SEPTEMBER 15, 2000 The cable station C-SPAN will film a forum held by Jeff Benedict, author of Without Reservation, and air it at a later date. Benedict is holding the forum next week on Tuesday and it will include a panel consisting of several local officials. Also expected are many of the characters in his book, including Aline Champoux, the first wife of Richard Hayward, the vice chairman of the Masantucket Pequot tribe. In the book, Benedict presents stories of Champoux being physically abused by Hayward. Get the Story:
