Under a lease signed on Thursday, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut will relocate about 350 to 350 tribal employees to a property in Norwich.

The tribe will first turn over ownership of the property to a local development firm. The tribe will then become the master tenant in a $16 million office complex that is proposed built at the site.
