SEPTEMBER 19, 2000 Vice-Presidential candidate and Senator Joe Lieberman addressed health care at a campaign stop in Albuquerque, New Mexico, but also met with tribal leaders. Lieberman and Democratic running mate Al Gore have been endorsed by leaders of New Mexico's 19 Pueblos. Republican Vice-Presidential nominee Dick Cheney will visit New Mexico today. Get the Story:
