TUESDAY, AUGUST 7, 2001 The United Indians of All Tribes Foundation on Monday presented plans for a cultural center in Seattle, Washington, scaling back a prior proposal. The 90,000-square foot space contains three buildings. Part of the space would be rented to outside groups as a meeting center. City planners are still worried about the added problems renting the space might bring. And they are concerned the site is not zoned for a museum, which is how they say the project will function.
