Prairie Island pow-wow draws crowd

MONDAY, JULY 9, 2001 The Prairie Island Reservation near Red Wing, Minnesota, was the site of Dance and Singing Championships Pow Wow this past Saturday. About 1,500 from the United States and Canada attended the event, reported the St. Paul Pioneer Press. More than 500 dancers participated. Get the Story:
