In advance of his visit to the state on Saturday, The Arizona Republic presents a brief interview with Larry EchoHawk, Idaho's former Attorney General who could have been the nation's first Indian Governor.

EchoHawk was elected the state's Attorney General in 1990. He ran for Governor in 1994 but lost.
