TUESDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2001 In an editorial, The Norwich Bulletin follows an opinion of another paper in questioning former Assistant Secretary Kevin Gover's decision to work for Indian tribes after leaving the Clinton administration. The paper says that while Gover's decision to join a law and lobbying firm was legal, "the ethics of such a jump are highly questionable." In an editorial last week, The New London Day criticized Gover for taking the job. Besides Michael Anderson, Gover's top aide, neither paper has criticized former members of the Clinton administration who have also gone to work as lobbyists, lawyers or have decided to run for Congress.
