OCTOBER 5, 2000 An election cancelled by the Lincoln Indian Center board has raised charges of fraud among community members. Questions of fraud were raised at the center's board meeting on Wednesday night. The election was cancelled last week due to the ommission of current chairwoman Helen Long Soldier from the ballot. Others on the board say that Long Soldier didn't comply with proper rules so her name was omitted. The entire affair will be discussed next week at the weekly community forum. Get the Story:
