GOP leader faces challenge

The controversial chairman of the Washington State Republican Party is facing a challenge for the leadership of the group.

Reed Davis, chairman of the King County Republican Party, will face off Don Benton for the position. As much as $1 million in GOP funds went unspent by Benton and many say that helped contribute to the defeat party candidates like Slade Gorton.
