Ore. tribe gets financing to buy mill

THURSDAY, AUGUST 9, 2001 The Confederated Colville Tribes of Washington have received financing to buy a mill in Omak. The cost of the mill is expected to be $9.6 million, says the tribe. Since the mill's current owner declared bankruptcy, a court has to approve the sale. Get the Story:
