In an editorial today, the Lincoln Journal Star says the federal government may win the battle against the Santee Sioux Tribe's casino but it won't be justice.

The paper says the US Attorney in Nebraska, Mike Heavian, appears to be going after the tribe unfairly. The paper says a compromise could be made now that the tribe has gotten rid of the slot machines for which it was cited.
