MAY 8, 2000 For 15 years, Alva Vigil-Morfin businesswoman has been feeding the Jicarilla Apache, offering breakfast burritos and lunch specials daily out of her mobile stand near the tribal headquarters in Dulce, New Mexico. Vigil-Morfin began her venture 15 years ago in an effort to raise $120 but continued the practice after residents kept asking for her burritos.
