JANUARY 19, 2001 The Potawatomi Tribe on Thursday asked a federal court to issue a restraining order blocking the Bureau of Indian Affairs from approving an off-reservation casino proposed by the Menominee Nation of Wisconsin. The tribe has already filed suit against the suit, citing lack of environmental consideration for the Kenosha casino. Get the Story:
