JUNE 6, 2001 Julius W. Barker pleaded guilty on Tuesday to unintentional second-degree murder for shooting Benjamin Bennett, the son of Prairie Island Tribal Council President Audrey Kohnen. Barker admitted shooting Bennett last October in St. Paul, Minnesota. He faces 9-and-a-half years in prison. Sentencing is scheduled for June 25. Get the Story:
