JUNE 27, 2001 The FBI and the Omaha Tribal Police are investigating the death of Brandon Horn, a 21-year-old tribal member found in a field north of Macy, Nebraska, on Saturday. Sources on the reservation claim a number of youths were involved in the beating of Horn. The FBI is said to have in its possession a videotape of the alleged attack but officials in the Omaha field office were unavailable for comment on Tuesday. The tribal police department declined to comment on the ongoing investigation. Five people, including three juveniles, have been questioned by authorities. If Horn's death is ruled a homicide, it would fall under the Major Crimes Act. Burial services for Horn are taking place today in Macy. Related Stories:
