EPA to address wetlands protection

APRIL 17, 2001 The Environmental Protection Agency on Monday said it will implement rules to stregthen regulation of wetlands protection. The rules are a modification of previously enacted regulations which District Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals agreed were too broad in 1998. Get the Story:
