Pueblo blanket weaving showcased

MONDAY, AUGUST 13, 2001 The hand weaving craft of Santo Domingo Pueblo artist Caroline Lovato was showcased this past weekend weekend at the Petroglyph National Monument near Albuquerque, New Mexico. Lovato is one of the few who still weave turkey feather blankets, said Park Ranger Susanna Villanueva. Lovato's son is carrying on the tradition. Get the Story:
