Wis. tribe offering reward in murder case

THURSDAY, JULY 17, 2003 The Red Cliff Chippewa Tribe and a memorial foundation are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the conviction of those responsible for the murder of a tribal education director. The tribe is contributing $5,000 to help solve Jody Ricard's killing. Ricard went missing June 27 and her body was found July 8. Get the Story:
