First Nations in Sask. settle tax rebate suits

Four First Nations in Saskatchewan have settled tax rebate lawsuits with the provincial government.

The four bands are collecting $3.2 million for unlawful taxation on the sale of tobacco and fuel to tribal members.

About 40 First Nations have filed tax rebate claims.
