MONDAY, APRIL 28, 2003 If you want to catch comic and "Tonight" show host Jay Leno, head to the nearest reservation. "I think I've done every Indian casino in the country," he tells The New York Times. But Leno isn't the only top draw at tribal casinos these days. From Dana Carvey to B.B. King, tribes are bringing in the type of entertainment that was restricted to bigger cities. The money isn't bad either. " "They do pay well," says blues guitarist Robert Cray.
