Okla. tribe partners with local governments on road

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23, 2003 The Ponca Tribe of Oklahoma was able to stretch its dollars by partnering with the local city and county on a road improvement project. The three governments contributed money to reconstruct a road used by tribal members and Ponca City and Ponca County. The partnership is just the second of its kind in the state. Get the Story:
