Honor the Earth Tour stops on Rosebud Reservation

FRIDAY, APRIL 11, 2003 The Honor the Earth Tour, featuring Native activist Winona LaDuke and the Indigo Girls, stops on the Rosebud Sioux Reservation in South Dakota today. The visit includes at stop at the tribe's wind turbine site, the tribe's buffalo pasture and a massive hog farm operation opposed by the current tribal administration and tribal members. LaDuke and the Girls will speak on environmental issues and the Girls will also perform. Get the Story:
