Roadblock on Mohawk Reserve in Que. taken down

THURSDAY, APRIL 3, 2003 A blockade on the only road leading to the Kanesatake Mohawk reserve in Quebec, Canada, was taken down on Wednesday. A group of Mohawk tribal members took down the roadblock after agreeing to meet today with federal officials. The group says they want to discuss law enforcement, land claim and other issues.
