Wash. tribe seeks 'synergy' with new development

TUESDAY, APRIL 1, 2003 The Tulalip Tribes of Washington is putting the finishing touches on a 227,000-square-foot casino facility that a tribal official says will complement a retail business park. The casino will be located in the tribe's Quil Ceda Village. The village already contains a Home Depot, a Walmart and other businesses. The facility is set to open June 6. It will replace an existing casino. Get the Story:
