A former employee of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is suing the federal agency, which investigates bias claims in the work place, for racial discrimination.

In the suit, Byron Bluehorse alleges he was passed over for a promotion because he is Navajo. He claims the job was given to a white woman.

As a result, Bluehorse said he forced to resign.
