Apache tribe holds onto culture

The Lipan Apache Tribe of Texas hopes to educate the public that it is not extinct.

Lipan descendants want to re-establish their status as a tribe. According to The Brownsville Herald, they have been considered members of the Mescalero Apache Nation of New Mexico.
